Decent plants, but had one issue
I ordered a few rose bushes and some bedding plants. Most of them looked great when they arrived, really healthy and vibrant. However, one of the rose bushes had a broken branch, probably from transit. I contacted customer service and they were quick to offer a replacement, which was good. The replacement came a few days later and was perfect. The website was easy enough to use, and the descriptions were accurate. I would still order from them again because their plant selection is so good, but I hope they improve their handling for delicate items.
